Deployment Map – A chart displaying the detailed steps in a process and the roles of individuals involved in each step. Deployment process maps are often prepared for the purpose of business process improvement, in order to show the details of processes involving large numbers of steps or multiple hand-offs between individuals or groups of individuals during the process.
